Basic VIAL support for ai03 Vega
Firmware size after compiling is 37892 bytes (with LTO Enabled)
If compiling fails, please disable LTO
Memory size left after firmware flashing (for macros) were 2783 bytes
No features were removed
Security key set to Esc + 1 key. Modify the config.h if you want to set your own locks
Flashed the firmware to Vega PCB (.bin file, using QMK Toolbox)
