7f8faa429e core: make the full 4096 bytes of EEPROM work on Teensy 3.6 (#12947) 
This commit updates QMK’s copy of the the teensy3 Arduino core code with the
necessary changes to make the Teensy 3.6 work.

Aside from different values for the partitioning, HSRUN mode must be left
temporarily while using the EEPROM.

d13ada1162 Add customisable EEPROM driver selection (#7274) 
- uprintf -> dprintf
- Fix atsam "vendor" eeprom.
- Bump Kinetis K20x to 64 bytes, too.
- Rollback Kinetis to 32 bytes as partitioning can only be done once. Add warning about changing the value.
- Change RAM-backed "fake" EEPROM implementations to match eeconfig's current usage.
- Add 24LC128 by request.

621ce29a53 STM32 EEPROM Emulation (#3741) 
* STM32 EEPROM Emulation

- Added EEPROM emulation libaries from libmaple and Arduino_STM32. https://github.com/rogerclarkmelbourne/Arduino_STM32 and https://github.com/leaflabs/libmaple.
- Renamed teensy EEPROM library and added conditional selection of library.
- Remapped EEPROM memory map for 16 byte blocks (as is with STM32f3xx MCUs).
- Added EEPROM initialization in main.c of Chibios.
- Added EEPROM format to clear the emulated pages when EEPROM is marked as invalid.
