Change helix:froggy keymap to use split_common (#16703) 
* create LAYOUT_half() macro into helix/rev2/keymaps/froggy/keymap.c

* Makes QMK standerd OLED driver used by the helix:froggy keymap switchable.

* Change helix:froggy keymap to use split_common
