* change KC_KEYMAP to LAYOUT for nano

* Refactor to LAYOUT

* refactor to LAYOUT-ansi and LAYOUT_iso for s65

* LAYOUT conversions for lfkkeyboards

* missed a few renames

* mini1800 for lfkeyobards support of LAYOUT
