tmk_core/rules.mk: Make PRINT_ERROR* stop on error
Instead of `&& false`, explicitly `exit 1` to make the rules using these macros fail. This fixes #571, and likely breaks Travis badly. Signed-off-by: Gergely Nagy <algernon@madhouse-project.org>
